IT’S GO TIME
“HUMILITY - HOLINESS - MOBILITY”
During one of our last services at EHOP the Lord spoke those powerful 3 words to KIRK & I individually and we were so filled with awe when we shared with each other what God was speaking to us.
Humility - God had been pressing the importance of Humility for years and knowing it is a Divine Key that we are more than eager to carry this into this next season. Humility enables God to move through earthen vessels. With out God we can do no good thing. He is our source, our life.
Holiness - 1Peter 1:13-25 calls all people of faith to live a life of holiness. Holy living means that the people of God live a life that is set apart, reserved to give glory to God. It is a life of discipline, focus and attention to matters of righteous living by the power of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
Mobility - What does mobility look like in this season? We know we have made ourselves available to the Lord to go and do whatever He is asking us to. We have been able by His Grace to join with others both locally and nationally on various assignments and feel the pleasure of the Lord and the amazing fellowship of the Believers across the land.
We are now coming to the end of our sabbatical and during this time we have been praying and listening to the Lord for our next assignment(s). Before Kirk traveled back to Kelowna in March the Lord had been impressing upon us an assignment to Kelowna in the Fall. We thought this assignment might be for a few months. While Kirk was there for a month he had the opportunity to travel to Nanaimo bring his support to RRA’s Restoring the Mantles and ....... Once I (Cheryl) joined Kirk in late March it was confirmed by several in the body that the season was going to be longer than we had anticipated. After a bit of time to process the timeline, what this move would mean to us and how to position ourselves for the transition, we are now in a place of great excitement to announce that we are going on assignment to Kelowna BC for a year.
Mid August we will be packing up our clothes (& Willow) and heading once again across this beautiful nation of Canada. We will be planning to land in Kelowna by September 1st!! As grace and time allows we are hoping to see some of you as we travel through each province!
We will be keeping in touch through our Eastgate Facebook Page so please join to follow us on our next assignment!
